Position Highlights:

  • 1st Shift: Mon. - Fri. 8am - 5pm OR 7am - 4pm (hours are not flexible)

  • Pay: $15/hr (No Benefits)

  • Temp to Perm opportunity (Benefits available after conversion to permanent)

  • Preferential consideration given to candidates that opt for 8am - 5pm; AND are able to come in early and stay late when needed.

  • The Mortgage Solutions Specialist I should have an acumen in mortgage document familiarity with an emphasis on, reviewing, indexing and scanning mortgage documents. They embrace a collaborative team environment in a fast paced, customer obsessed culture that brings customer delight.

  • Physical Requirements (lifting/standing/sitting):

  • Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required.

  • Walking 80% for outbound.

  • Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of:

  • 10-29 lbs. Frequently

  • 30-40 lbs. Occasionally

  • 40 lbs+ Rarely
