We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Business Development Executive Public Sector to join our growing team. In this position you will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new business opportunities. The Inside Sales BDE will leverage a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of our products/services to drive revenue growth.

What will you do

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns.

  • Assess potential clients' needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our products/services.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions and benefits to potential clients.

  • Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to potential clients, addressing their unique business challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can add value.

  • Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

What you will bring

  • Several years of experience in inside sales/business development roles, preferably in

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy work environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
