Responsibilities

To contact and solicit the renewal of escrow accounts from assigned client base. Responsible for managing and ensuring the renewal of escrow accounts as wells as maintaining accurate billing information to reduce write-offs, client reporting, collections, and client services for accounts. Up-sell complimentary services as required to increase client billings.

  • Contact SMB clients in accordance with assigned account base 90 days in advance of their contract renewal. Up-sell complimentary service offerings to increase client billings. Work with SMB client to insure all outstanding invoices remain current and qualify billing information such as contact name, address, service levels, purchase orders and enrollments, intent to renew – if changes are required make the necessary adjustments in the database as needed. Work with accounting team as needed to insure client information is accurate.

  • Maintain, update and correct customer account information for assigned client base as requested by the client – work with other departments to ensure all updates are performed by contractual guidelines. Perform account reconciliations and account summaries upon request. Provide support to clients using the portal.

  • Prepare reporting on qualification tracking for assigned territory to management on a weekly basis.

  • Process terminations, unscheduled billing and credit request when required for assigned account base as needed to bring the account to a current status.

Qualifications

  • BS / BA or equivalent work experience required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Pro-active and assertive; self-starter who is able to take initiative

  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing and accounting applications

  • Relevant collections or client management experience ideally in the information technology industry, legal or professional services

  • 1% Total travel,1% Overnight travel
