Responsibilities:
Accurately track, index, and protect sensitive customer information , ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Maintain meticulous documentation and paperwork in strict adherence to established procedures.
Utilize the O’Neil Records Management system for efficient and precise record management.
Organize and store incoming records within designated warehouse locations, ensuring easy retrieval.
Prepare and manage the dispatch or secure destruction of customer records , maintaining accurate logs of all movements.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with team members.
Proficiency in basic IT skills and a collaborative, team-player mindset.
A flexible and adaptable approach to evolving tasks and priorities.
Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
