Iron Mountain is seeking a Sales Manager to join the commercial team in the Crozier Fine Arts Division. This Sales Manager is responsible for driving a sales approach focused on growth for their team of Client Development Executives(CDE) to identify and sell Crozier solutions to the current book of business. The Sales Manager drives performance by effectively driving a winning culture, motivating and coaching their team to exceed monthly sales objectives.
Coaching and developing individuals providing written/verbal coaching and mentoring on a daily basis.
Collect data, analyze information, and provide feedback to Client Development Executives to increase performance, skill sets, and overall productivity.
Manage and provide leadership to your team focusing on account growth strategies, client management, pipeline management, individual sales productivity and meeting established revenue quotas, goals and objectives.
Provide recommendations for client management improvements, partnering with internal stakeholders to execute.
Be accountable for team’s quota achievement on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Communicate with the key business partners and clients on a regular basis
Motivate team according to their individual motivational factors
Work in partnership with multiple peers to collect and deliver client feedback for improved business decisions and operational delivery, including annual client experience survey.
Effectively communicate and role model effective sales tactics, strategies, and closing skills
Perform on time annual performance appraisals for all sales personnel and administer performance improvement plans for sales personnel with less than acceptable performance
Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit new talent for growing team
Minimum of 5 years of direct Sales and/or Client Management experience in the services based industry or equivalent
Exhibits strong gravitas and client management presence
Experience developing effective business relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Experience with sales CRMs - salesforce.com experience a plus
Must possess, strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills and possess characteristics that demonstrate ethical professionalism, assertiveness as a "doer", always “selling"
Must quickly and successfully adapt to change and as a catalyst influencing others
Must be able to organize and manage account action planning to deliver on revenue growth goals, that may include various cross functional support from operations and/or marketing
Proven ability to close (history of exceeding quota)
Proficient with oral and written communication
Aptitude for continuous learning
Goal setting (career / personal)
Demonstrates curiosity and challenges the status quo
Effective time & prioritization management
Sells beyond product / service to offering solutions
Passion/interest in Art - experience is a plus
