Iron Mountain is seeking an Analyst II position to provide Records and Information Management services onsite at a Federal government agency. The ideal candidate shall possess at least two (2) years of Records and Information Management experience, preferably in the governmental or non-governmental sector. The candidate will provide administrative support and data entry upon review of client records and operate and maintain the records management system to include receipt, storage, retrieval, and disposition of agency records. The candidate will also perform document management tasks such as document preparation, imaging, document and media storage and shipping coordination. Candidate should have experience in the formulation and application of both paper and electronic records management policies, guidelines, and procedures. Candidate experience must include familiarity with using the Iron Mountain Connect system.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;

  • Team player with strong customer focus skills, must be able to effectively interface with technical experts on project teams

  • Strong organizational skills, able to work with minimal direction

  • Familiarity with using records systems such as IM Connect

  • Effective communication with client, other operational teams, and upper management

  • Comfortable with common office software including MS-Office Suite

  • Prefer previous USCIS or Federal clerical experience

Minimum Years of Experience: 2

Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma

$23.00 per hour.

Reasonably expected salary range: $33,200.00 - $41,500.00
