If your background includes expertise in robotic process automation and document capture , we invite you to join us as our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Optimisation Specialist . In this role, you will spearhead a transformative initiative with your primary emphasis on unwavering dedication to process optimization and continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Act as the go-to expert for operational best practices, leveraging your industry experience and innovative solutions to ensure the effective implementation and execution of standard tools and processes.

  • Conduct comprehensive project reviews and assessments to enhance productivity and efficiency, with a particular focus on innovative process and technology design/re-design.

  • Support our Operations team by calibrating performance tools and generating KPI reports. Identify deviations from key performance indicators and collaborate with local teams to chart pathways for remediation, ensuring progress to completion.

  • Foster strong relationships with local operations teams, offering guidance and assistance as needed. Assist in identifying and nurturing talent, sharing experiences, and co-owning initiatives.

  • Participate in planning and executing large or complex customer engagements, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

  • Define the requirements and oversee the testing and approval of improvement initiatives to ensure successful implementation.

  • Contribute ideas for our tool and platform roadmap through continuous improvement efforts. Implement physical automation and lean working cells to enhance process efficiency.

  • Support operations change management, rollouts, and training related to improvement initiatives.

  • Execute ad hoc assignments as directed by management, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability.

  • Document standards, expected outcomes, overall processes, and procedures. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practice guides.

  • Develop and update training content for digital operations training programs, ensuring our teams are well-equipped to excel.

  • Provide support for new product development efforts within operations, including launch planning, change management, and SOP creation.

What you will bring

  • Be university educated with a bachelors degree computer science, information technology, or a related field

  • Possess relevant experience one or more following areas

  • 1) Business Process Outsourcing operational and technical experience (e.g., mailroom, scanning, data capture

  • 2) Business solutions involving Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Content Management, Document Management Systems, Workflow, Business Process Management, and/or Information Governance.

  • 3) Advanced document capture and data recognition technologies

  • 4) Operational optimization / continuous improvement experience with Six Sigma Certification

  • Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheets and/or intermediate databases.

  • Strong knowledge of scalable standard processes in a production environment.

  • Comfortable presenting detailed analysis to higher levels of the organization.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Fluent Greek and business professional English (both written and spoken)
