What You’ll Do
Lead the technical implementation of ECM, IDP, Capture, and Automation solutions.
Translate business requirements and technical specs into actionable development plans and design documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (PMs, architects, developers) and lock in Level of Effort (LOE).
Own technical quality—define test cases, oversee QA, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Collaborate closely with presales to leverage reusable data models from previous projects.
Drive Agile product execution—manage epics, stories, and backlog for development sprints.
Ensure solutions are aligned with client expectations, infrastructure needs, and security standards.
Manage multiple projects or focus on one large-scale delivery depending on scope.
Knowledge skills & education
Minimum of 8 - 10 years of technical solutions implementation, work experience with new and legacy technical solutions, integration, development or information management.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Strong computer skills: proficient with Google application bundle.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RUP) and DevOps/CI-CD delivery models
Hands-on experience with content capture and automation tools, including Kofax Capture/KTM, Globalscape, UIPath, AutoIT, and Automate
Expertise in information and document management systems (ECM, DMS, BPM, Workflow Automation, IDP)
Background in SaaS, outsourcing, or hosted solution environments is a strong plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
Culturally adaptable and experienced working with global teams, including Centers of Excellence (COE)
Highly organized, customer-focused, and flexible, with the ability to work remotely, on-site, or across time zones as needed (English required; additional languages a plus)

Must Have

SQL, MongoDB, and/or Oracle.
Data Transformation: ETLs, Reporting Services.
MVC, API, Microservices, Blazon, NodeJS, Unit Testing and QA Tools;
2FA, Firewalls, Cloud/on-prem hosting

Reasonably expected salary range: $91,100.00 - $121,400.00
