About the role:

The Sales Ops Systems Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the software applications within the commercial organization. This role involves troubleshooting application issues, implementing fixes, and improving application performance as well as user administration. The specialist works closely with our IT staff, Sales Operations & Enablement teams, and end-users to ensure that the applications meet the organization's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Monitor and maintain the performance of primary software applications.

● Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

● Collaborate with Sales Operations and IT professionals to implement system enhancements and fixes.

● Perform system maintenance and reporting tasks, such as user adoption and updating application settings.

● Develop and maintain documentation related to application configuration, system mappings, processes, and service records.

● Train users on the use of applications and provide support for new releases.

● Analyze application performance and recommend improvements.

● Ensure the security of applications by implementing and monitoring access controls and security policies.

● Participate in the development of application support strategies and disaster recovery planning.

● Stay informed about the latest developments in technology and software to make recommendations for software upgrades and improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

● Proven experience in application support or a similar role.

● Strong knowledge of software applications and IT systems.

● Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. ● Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python is advantageous.

● Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

● Experience with databases

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

● High Emotional intelligence

● Strong attention to details, with ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables

● Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and get
