Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data & Insights Analyst to support our team’s drive for operational excellence. This role will be responsible for generating insights through Salesforce reporting, Looker Studio, Tableau, and other BI tools. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for data storytelling, a sharp eye for trends, and a collaborative spirit to help increase team effectiveness and productivity
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards for performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and operational insights.
Support leadership and stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting needs.
Business Intelligence & Visualization:
Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards using Looker Studio and Tableauto present actionable insights.
Combine data from multiple sources to generate holistic views of performance
Analytics & Insights :
Conduct trend analysis, root cause analysis, and correlation studies to support business decisions.
Recommend initiatives to enhance team productivity, streamline workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks.
Collaboration & Strategy Support :
Work closely with team leads, managers, and project stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights aligned to business goals.
Assist in building predictive models or scorecards for prioritizing team efforts (optional/nice-to-have).
Continuous Improvement :
Monitor and identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual efforts.
Stay updated with the latest features in Salesforce and BI tools to enhance reporting capabilities
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience (5–9 years) in an analytics or reporting role
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard creation.
Hands-on expertise in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) and Tableau .
Excellent data interpretation and storytelling skills.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (preferred).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable way.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in a shared services, Center of Excellence (CoE), or global operations setup.
Exposure to customer success, sales operations, or productivity measurement frameworks.
Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and custom objects
Please Note: Shift will be 5:30PM to 2:30AM, and it is Work From Office at Bagmane World Technology Centre, Bangalore
