About the Role:

As an APAC Change Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in payroll systems and change management to lead transformative initiatives within payroll operations across the APAC region. Your role will focus on driving transitions, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency in payroll management while working closely with various stakeholders.

YOU'LL GET TO…

  • Payroll Systems Expertise: Manage and enhance payroll operations, including transitioning between providers and improving efficiency within the APAC region.

  • Change Management Leadership: Lead change management initiatives related to payroll processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex payroll-related issues, providing effective, data-driven solutions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to align payroll changes with organizational goals and build consensus.

  • Mentorship and Support: Act as a resource and mentor for colleagues, offering guidance on payroll change management and system efficiency.

  • Regional Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the APAC region, ensuring cultural relevance and clarity.

  • Impact Assessment: Monitor the outcomes of payroll changes, evaluating their impact and providing thorough documentation and reporting.

  • Guideline Adherence: Operate within organizational guidelines, adapting change management strategies to align with policies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

  • Experience and Expertise: 10+ years of proven experience in payroll systems and change management, particularly in managing complex payroll transitions and process improvements.

  • Problem Solving: Strong ability to address complex payroll issues with effective solutions.

  • Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll practices and systems within the APAC region.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in assessing payroll changes and providing data-driven recommendations.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work within broad guidelines, adapting strategies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with payroll systems/platforms used in the APAC region.

  • Knowledge of regional payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Change Management certification or accreditation (preferred but not required).
