Position summary:

Fixed term Contract for 1year

Supporting a global project involved in transitioning of services to 3 main locations - Bangalore, Hungary, Brazil - each PMO aligned to the project will align to one of these locations and will be tasked with coordinating the transitioning of services to 2 new vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate data / information gathering, working with in in-country / regional SMEs

  • Partner with identified provider to define tasks and meet deliverables

  • Support logistics related to project meetings, provide regular status updates to the programme including Risks (Red/Amber/Green)

  • Prepare reports, presentations and other data as required

  • Utilize defined project framework (such as process, templates etc) to ensure consistency in the deliverables for the project.

  • Review output of the project deliverables, ensuring good quality, going back to the SMEs in case follow ups are required. In order to close gaps, it might be required to supplement or co-create outputs

  • Support project tracking and follows up on project outputs etc to ensure on time delivery of the project deliverables

  • Regularly communicates with the SMEs, provides clarification / training to ensure that they are up to speed with the project requirements. Keep the PM and Workstream lead informed for any interventions needed

  • Support if required the change team in regards to regional change management and comms

  • Maintain and if needed creates documentation related to the project, including overseeing for the health of the documentation repository.

Level of / Years of experience:

3-5 years of experience in projects / transformations / service migration and change
