Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for coordinating all EMEA and APAC carrier compliance-related activities, to include administration

  • The Administrator will also provide vehicle asset support by entering vehicle orders into the procurement system workflows, tracking, and reporting the rental vehicle usage on a weekly basis.

  • The Administrator will also support the other team members in the processing of the centralized invoicing activity received from Iron Mountain’s principal suppliers of leased vehicles, maintenance, fuel, vehicle security system, third party courier and related tax and registration programs, vehicle permitting and disposal, and document filing, as necessary

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Spend Analytics and reporting

  • Develop detailed knowledge of Iron Mountain’s global spend across various categories.

  • Monthly Fleet updates for LATAM, EMEA and ROW (Except for the United States and Canada).

  • Contact all the LATAM and ROW counties on monthly updates for latest updates and update it in Origami.

  • EMEA - Update the Monthly updates shared by Philip Hayes in the Origami system.

  • Handling Updating Random Testing File ( Every day Tuesdays and Fridays)

  • Assist category leads develop long-term sourcing roadmap positioned to meet organizational objectives based on research and spend analytics.

  • Track and manage ongoing project and program performance against goals.

  • Improve accuracy and usability of spend analytics across the organization

  • Support EV global strategy ( develop market benchmarking reports and other Analytical reports to support Electric Vehicle roll out plans across EMEA and APAC)

  • Use historic, projected, and other cost components to develop a total cost of ownership (TCO) perspective of commodities under sourcing review

Qualification Required

  • 8-12 years’ experience in analytics/compliance reporting/ Invoice Compliance .

  • Strategic sourcing and/or procurement experience preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

  • Proficient knowledge to write reports/queries (excel formulas, macros, basic SQL
