Summary:
We are looking for a talented Senior Infrastructure Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) and
Automation Engineer who’s focus would be to help identify and build automation processes in the
Infrastructure Operations environment. The ideal candidate for this position will need a full
understanding of Server, Network, and Virtualization in a highly Windows centric environment that
can script, code, and deploy automated processes to reduce manual tasks by GOC and other
infrastructure operations. In addition to solid technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, the
candidate must have great soft and customer service skills allowing them to confidently interact
with customers and explain highly technical concepts in simple easy to understand terms.
Responsibilities:
● Ability to analyze and recommend manual tasks and convert those to automated processes
● Work across multiple platforms and applications to build, test, and deploy automated
processes
● Create and maintain system documentation and support processes
● Communicate verbally and in writing with customers
● Perform on-call duties on a weekly rotation
● Work with multiple vendors routinely for support and troubleshooting of the solution
● Work with internal cross-functional teams on troubleshooting system issues
● Responsible for working and prioritizing issues and project task according to SLA’s
● Responsible for managing their own tickets maintaining them up-to-date on a daily basis
● Participate in testing and post-deployment validation of the system
● Participate in UAT
● Other duties and projects as assigned

● Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills with a track record of
delivering production grade systems in a team environment
● Motivated individual who learns quickly, has pride in building a new product and can engage
others to accelerate technical solutions
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree

● 5+ Years, hands-on technical architecture skills and depth across multiple technologies.
Technology areas to include Cloud, Virtualization, Network, Compute, and Storage
● Deep knowledge and experience in architecting infrastructure solutions on top of public cloud
infrastructure, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
● Demonstrable experience with Hyper Converged Infrastructure is an advantage.
● Experience with Nutanix hardware is a plus
● Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills
● Experience in working with geographically distributed teams
● Excellent written and verbal communications skills with external customers
● 3 years’ experience of Incident and Request Management process as defined by ITIL v3
● Advanced experience with Windows Servers
● Power Shell scripting required
● Knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting
● Experience with server oriented architectures and web platform applications
● Knowledge of agile tools such as Gitlab
● Written and verbal proficiency in the English language
● Experience working with and coordinating issue resolution with 3 rd party vendors
● Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
● Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
Education:
BS from accredited/recognized university
