Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Technical Operations engineer

with expertise in access controls, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

(OCI) security, Risk Management Cloud (RMC), role management, and environment

management. As the Senior Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical

aspects of our Oracle Cloud Financials environment, ensuring robust access controls, data

security, and efficient management of cloud resources.

Key Responsibilities:

● Access Controls Management:

● Design, implement, and maintain access control policies and procedures to

safeguard sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roles and permissions within

Oracle Cloud Financials and enforce segregation of duties to prevent

unauthorized access.

● Security Management:

● Implement and maintain security controls within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

(OCI) to protect against cyber threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access.

● Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and

implement remediation measures to mitigate risks.

● Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Management:

● Configure and manage integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and other

business systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring data integrity

and seamless data flow across applications.

● Risk Management Cloud (RMC) Implementation (Desired Skill):

● Implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) to identify, assess, and

mitigate financial risks within the organization, including fraud detection,

compliance monitoring, and internal controls management.

● Role Management:

● Define and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) within Oracle Cloud

Financials, including the creation and maintenance of roles, permissions, and

user assignments.

● Develop and enforce role management policies and procedures to ensure the

least privilege principle and minimize the risk of unauthorized access.

● Environment Management:

● Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and management of Oracle Cloud

Financials environments, including development, testing, and production

environments.

● Coordinate with infrastructure teams to optimize resource utilization, monitor

performance, and ensure high availability of cloud services.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

● 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials technical operations, with a focus on

access controls, security, and environment management.

● In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security best practices,

including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data encryption.

● Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrating Oracle Cloud

Financials with other enterprise systems or sources.

● Good to have knowledge in Risk Management Cloud (RMC) for implementing risk

management strategies and controls within Oracle Cloud Financials.

● Strong understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC) and experience designing

and implementing role management frameworks.

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-

functional teams and senior stakeholders.
