Senior Professional, Sales Operations CX COE (Data Analyst)

The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will regularly interact closely with IT, HR, Finance and regional Commercial teams and assist with operationalizing a data driven go-to-market strategy, operational execution, readiness, and key transformational initiatives needed to drive hyper growth. This role will support programs and projects that implement new capabilities to scale the business, continuously improve existing systems and processes, and provide oversight on all phases of led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Role will support and work together to support following initiatives and report to the Director of the Commercial Team .

  • Data analysis and drive the execution for new strategic initiatives, product offerings and continuous improvement projects, while providing insights, that will support our sales and partner organization through all phases of operational readiness to maturity ● Create report on sales performance to help management with insights on trends on led programs health and business impact, including pipeline coverage to our bookings goals and conversion rates

  • Collaborate with the Commercial senior team to inform decision-making through data analysis. This includes assisting in planning for long-term growth and actively participating in the development of processes, reports, and metrics for overarching strategies and daily operations. Talk to the sales team and their leaders to collect feedback and pinpoint problems with our processes, tools, or any support that's lacking. Then, analyze the root causes of these issues and work with different teams to find solutions that make things better.

  • Regularly conduct detailed analyses on new trends within customer-facing teams like sales, partners, product, and customer success. Use these insights to recommend to commercial operations leaders where we can continually improve and suggest changes to enhance how we operate.

  • Actively participate in transformational programs focused on modernizing commercial processes, systems and reporting analytics

  • Understand detail schema of Territory, Accounts and Customer, enable technical and business aspects for implementing Sales Performance Management tool

  • This individual will interface with numerous internal groups and must be able to quickly form productive and positive working relationships with staff along with varying technical and business knowledge and skill levels across multiple business units.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Quantitative Bachelor degree - MBA preferred (but not required)

  • 5Years working experience with the following backgrounds (management consulting, finance, sales operations, compensation and business transformation)

  • Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills

  • Advanced financial, and business acumen

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • High Emotional intelligence

  • Strong attention to details, with ability to drill down into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverables

  • Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and get things done

  • Hands on experience with D&B reports preferable
