About the Role...

As a Supervisor for Training and Quality, you will lead a team of trainers and quality control technicians, ensuring effective training delivery and maintaining high product standards.

Key Responsibilities...

Team Management-

  • Supervise and guide a team of trainers and quality control staff.

  • Schedule and assign training sessions and quality control tasks.

  • Monitor performance, providing feedback to ensure high standards.

Quality Supervision-

  • Monitor production processes and develop quality control procedures.

  • Lead quality control technicians and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.

Training Development-

  • Design and update training programs to meet organizational needs.

  • Collaborate with department heads to address skill gaps.

  • Continuously refine training materials for relevance and effectiveness.

Training Delivery-

  • Conduct and oversee engaging training sessions aligned with organizational goals.

  • Evaluate training outcomes and make improvements based on feedback.

Administrative Duties-

  • Maintain detailed training records and prepare reports on outcomes.

  • Manage the training budget efficiently.

Continuous Improvement-

  • Stay updated on the latest training techniques and quality control innovations.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement.

Required Skills-

  • Strong attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and technical knowledge of quality control tools.

  • Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.

Ideal Candidate-

  • Minimum 5 years in a Quality role, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.

  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
