ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for someone to join our Iron Mountain team as a Workday Solutions Partner who would be responsible for partnering with global HR leaders to develop and maintain our business processes within the Workday platform. The role will oversee continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing end user adoption and ease-of-use of core Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, and Security. The scope of the position requires deep knowledge of Workday and the ability to build strong partnerships with HR and other functional teams to translate their business needs into viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, vendors, consultants and teams to ensure HR technology solutions align with broader company objectives and business processes.

  • Gap Analysis: Proactively research available and upcoming features and recommend solutions that increase end-user adoption and improve the employee experience.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to gather and document system requirements for enhancements, updates, and new features.

  • Workday Configuration: Utilize your expertise in Workday to configure, customize, and optimize the system to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Testing: Ensure that all configurations are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.

  • Troubleshooting Tier 4 Issues: Serve as an escalation point for complex HR technology issues, providing resolutions, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

  • Leverage industry trends, best practices, standard methodologies, and process improvements to support internal priorities and benchmarking efforts.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5-7 years of global HR Technology experience, with a minimum of 3 years performing Workday configuration and administration activities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, management science or other related discipline, or equivalent, relevant experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills , especially in addressing Tier 4 issues.

  • Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrate curiosity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest HR technology trends and best practices.

  • Critical Thinking: Be able to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively and build relationships with various teams, departments, and stakeholders.

  • Self-Motivated: Take initiative, manage projects independently, and identify opportunities for improvement, driving the continuous enhancement of HR technology.

  • Functional knowledge in key HR competencies and processes including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, hire-to-retire events, and learning & development.

  • Excellent communication skills (multilingual preferred).
