SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE

O profissional será responsável por buscar parcerias e implementar tecnologias inovadoras, promovendo a automação e a eficiência operacional na América Latina. Esta função é vital para a otimização dos processos e o fomento da cultura de inovação dentro da organização, exigindo habilidades analíticas, proatividade e excelente comunicação.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS

  • Desenvolver e implementar soluções de automação de processos utilizando robótica low cost.

  • Realizar análises de dados complexas para identificar padrões e insights, impulsionando a tomada de decisões estratégicas.

  • Utilizar técnicas de Computer Vision para aprimorar sistemas de reconhecimento e análise visual.

  • Aplicar metodologias Lean e Six Sigma para melhorar processos e reduzir desperdícios.

  • Garantir a excelência operacional utilizando ferramentas da Qualidade.

  • Promover a inovação com abordagens de Design Thinking.

  • Gerenciar projetos utilizando metodologias ágeis como Scrum, garantindo a entrega dentro do prazo e orçamento estabelecidos.

  • Ministrar treinamentos para capacitar equipes em novas tecnologias e metodologias, promovendo uma cultura de aprendizado contínuo.

  • Explorar o uso de drones e OCR para automatizar tarefas e processos, aumentando a eficiência operacional.

  • Estabelecer e manter relacionamento próximo com fornecedores e clientes internos, buscando novas oportunidades e melhorias contínuas.

SUAS QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Graduação completa nas áreas de Exatas (Engenharia, Economia, Estatística, Ciências da Computação).

  • Pós-graduação em áreas correlatas (desejável).

  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência em inovação, automação, robótica e liderança de projetos.

  • Conhecimento em robótica low cost (Arduino, Raspberry Pi) e análise de dados avançada.

  • Familiaridade com tecnologias de Computer Vision (OpenCV, TensorFlow).

  • Experiência com metodologias Lean, Six Sigma e Design Thinking.

  • Competência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Habilidade em ferramentas de análise de dados (Python, R, SQL, BI).

  • Fluência em inglês e espanhol.

  • Conhecimento em inovação e transformação digital (IA, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain).
