We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to lead our DACH and EMEA enablement efforts. As a ‘player-manager,’ you will be responsible for driving sales performance by equipping the team with the training, content, processes, and tools they need to succeed. In addition to managing the EMEA Sales Enablement team, you will play a direct role in supporting the DACH region’s sales force. Your role in our mission

  • Lead sales enablement across DACH: Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new sellers in the DACH region to ensure swift and culturally appropriate value delivery.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership: Work closely with sales leaders to refine strategies, ensure alignment with business goals, and coach teams on effective communication and value positioning.

  • Support digital sales initiatives: Maximize adoption of digital tools (e.g., Salesforce) and promote digital sales plays to enhance productivity and performance.

  • Content & process alignment: Collaborate with product teams to align sales content with product strategies, enabling effective solution positioning.

  • Manage enablement team: Provide leadership and guidance to two Sales Enablement Managers, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

  • Track and measure success: Define and track KPIs, such as training sessions booked and impact on pipeline/bookings, to gauge the success of enablement programs.

Valued skills and experience

  • Proven experience in supporting sales teams to improve performance and achieve targets, particularly within the DACH region.

  • A background in sales or commercial roles with a focus on growth, customer acquisition, and performance improvement.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach sales leaders, with strong communication and public speaking skills.

  • Solid experience using Salesforce to manage pipelines and track key performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with internal processes to ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Able to navigate challenging situations and lead with authority and confidence, while remaining respectful and mindful.

  • Fluent German and English
