ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…
Iron Mountain is looking for a high-energy, customer-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills. The Marketing Automation Specialist position is a remote position reporting to the Senior Marketing Automation Manager.
In addition to partnering with Demand Managers to strategize and execute campaigns to achieve target goals, the Marketing Automation Specialist will work closely with Marketing Operations and Automation peers to solve business problems and inefficiencies related to campaign planning, development, and execution.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural environment, managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…
Provide internal client consultation services to plan for and develop comprehensive, integrated campaigns
Build campaign canvas workflows in the marketing automation platform and all associated campaign assets including, but not limited to, segments, emails, landing pages, forms and third party integrations
Evaluate marketing database and build campaign target segments in accordance with business processes and best practices
Generate and analyze standard campaign performance reports; assess campaign performance; and make recommendations for campaign performance improvement and optimization
Assist in creating and maintaining scalable processes that reinforce best practices and create the correct data to measure performance
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
2-5 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation or digital marketing. Familiarity with a marketing automation platform (for example, Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot) is preferred but not required
Excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes
