Providing solutions that include information management, digital transformation, secure storage, secure destruction, as well as cloud services are the key growth enablers for the Data Management business.

As the Data Management business continue to grow, the Finance Manager is a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team and broader cross-functional team. They will contribute to and lead key activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as broader analysis on business cases and key M&A activity. They will be responsible for leading aspects of the multi-year planning model/process, annual budget process, and ongoing support to enable and inform decision-making by Senior Leadership. The role requires the ability to understand trends and analysis in an effort to anticipate risks, resolve complex issues, and force timely resolutions. Additionally, they will have frequent interaction with Operational & Sales Management and therefore strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.

  • Business partner to the Data Management Leadership team.

  • Full P&L ownership, including business process planning & analysis.

  • Lead monthly forecast and actuals proofing processes for multiple products.

  • Lead business processes improvement via standardization and leveraging of new technologies.

  • Own and lead detailed multi-year planning processes and strategy.

  • Deliver ongoing analytical insights (trends and metrics) in a way that identifies performance risks and opportunities to improve financial results.

  • Act as a broader team player to the DM Financial Planning & Analysis team, stepping in where needed and challenging the way that the business thinks about financial performance and People Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Minimum 6-8 years related accounting and finance experience.

  • Acts with a high sense of urgency.

  • Excellent communication skills (collaborative, diversity mindset, effective negotiation).

  • Strong functional background of budgeting, planning processes, and analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Strategic thinking and strong business acumen (wants to learn the business).

  • Solid organizational skills; ability to prioritize, manage projects, and influence others.

  • Ability to work independently while also supporting team objectives.

  • Demonstrates initiative and innovation in achieving results.

  • Maintains a positive, achievement-oriented attitude, and is a team-player.

  • Experience with Hyperion products required.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
