Responsibilities

The Senior Compensation Analyst will assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation programs at Iron Mountain. The role will work alongside the business and Regional Compensation leads in assisting with the annual compensation processes, such as merit and Incentive Compensation, in addition to supporting with broader project work.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting competitive benchmarking and survey analysis to evaluate the appropriateness of pay levels and research and resolve issues of pay for internal equity and external competitiveness.

  • Salary survey submission.

  • Gathering and analyzing data providing relevant information / recommendations to Compensation Partners and HR.

  • Administering (as required) on going compensation programs, and monitoring the Reward mailbox.

  • Maintaining Reward elements of Workday such as Job profiles.

  • Working with the Compensation partners to provide compensation support, analysis and advice to the HR Business Partners.

  • Working closely with the Compensation partners to understand the business drivers/ issues and proactively consider how Reward can support in delivering the business goals whilst ensuring any interventions are aligned with the global compensation framework.

  • Actively participating in ongoing wider global compensation projects /initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of overall broad based compensation experience working, ideally gained working in a Technology business.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to manipulate and present data in an easy to understand format.

  • Advanced Skills in Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Applications skills preferred.

  • Prior experience of using Workday HRIS desirable.

  • Strong personal skills and ability to manage expectations and partner closely with the HR Teams.

  • Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Action-oriented; ability to multi-task, collaborate and deliver.
