Shift: M-F 6-3

Pay: 50K - 60K

Qualified candidate shall have experience in data mining, developing reports for users including internal users, and management, using Alteryx, SQL, MS Access Databases or directly through Systems as well as running reports in various formats. Assist in systems testing as & when called for by the system support team. Apply a client-focused approach when working through breaks in processes or deliverables and escalate appropriately when needed. Effectively with all internal groups to ensure delivery of service level agreements and client expectations. Works independently and exercises good judgment when making decisions to resolve inquiries and meet production and turnaround standards. Analyze, research and respond to client inquiries. Ability to utilize systems and tools made available to pull reports and reconcile client activity. Basic knowledge in creating standard operating procedures. Ability to process through requests and inquiries with a sense of urgency and purpose while maintaining quality expectations. Meet all production and quality goals. Assist with other teams as needed and as requested. Follow directions, procedures and guidelines as instructed. Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Accounting or equivalent

  • 4 year’s experience in working with large data

  • Knowledge of developing and running reports and presentation of information

  • Knowledge of PC based desktop applications including excellent Excel skills including being able to work with formulas, perform v-lookups, sorting, pivot tables, perform macros, etc.

  • Enjoy technical challenges

  • Team player and team oriented with the ability to work with various diverse internal and external groups to accomplish objectives

  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team development environment,

  • Ability to work with internal customers and accurately collect and document requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Innovative, including the ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment with solutions

  • Flexible, especially the ability to change work focus to meet company goals
