En esta función, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollarte profesionalmente en el área comercial, atrayendo nuevos clientes y expandiendo nuestro negocio. Identificarás oportunidades de crecimiento en diferentes sectores y ofrecerás soluciones adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes, promoviendo el valor de nuestras soluciones de gestión documental.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
Prospectar y seguir nuevas oportunidades de negocio en el mercado.
Desarrollar un sólido conocimiento de los productos y soluciones de Iron Mountain para ofrecer opciones inteligentes a los clientes.
Identificar y ofrecer soluciones de calidad para aumentar los ingresos de la empresa.
Establecer relaciones sólidas con nuevos clientes.
Contribuir al desarrollo de un plan de ventas efectivo.
Realizar seguimiento cercano de las ventas y brindar un servicio excepcional.
Participar en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales y reportar los resultados a la gerencia.
Apoyar la gestión administrativa de los clientes.
Velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas comerciales.
REQUISITOS
Licenciatura completada.
Más de 3 años de experiencia en roles comerciales, preferiblemente en gestión documental.
Experiencia con Salesforce.com o CRM similar.
Conocimiento de técnicas de ventas y gestión de canales.
Inglés intermedio es deseable.
