Objetivo del Puesto:

Ser aliado estratégico de nuestros clientes, orientado a la mantención, seguimiento, control de la cartera o línea de clientes asignados de IM. Orientacion Gobierno

Responsable de la venta de todos los servicios de custodia, administración y almacenamiento de información que ofrece la Compañía (papeles, documentos valorados, respaldos magnéticos, etc.) a nuevos negocios para la compañía. Manejo, gestión de cuenta, maximizar cartera, responsable de la línea. Traer nuevos negocios.

Principales Responsabilidades:

Generar oportunidades de ventas en los más altos niveles de decisión de los clientes potenciales, redactando y elaborando propuestas y presentaciones como parte del proceso de venta cuando sea necesario.

Invitar, atraer y acompañar prospectos a conocer las instalaciones de Iron Mountain Argentina y sus procesos mensualmente, para obtener un incremento en la atracción de nuevos clientes

Lograr la mayor cantidad de prospectos con cotización o propuestas comerciales.

Lograr la mayor cantidad de cierres de contratos posibles, no importando el tamaño de los mismos.

Mejorar las rentabilidades de los negocios que cierra la empresa, procurando por un lado facturar y cobrar la mayor cantidad de movimientos iniciales efectuados, y por otro, fomentar la venta de negocios de mayores precios

Utilizar adecuadamente software de gestión de Ventas Sales force

Trabajar en el levantamiento de nuevos negocios con otras áreas involucradas – DMS, Gestión Doc., etc.

Desarrollar proyectos comerciales de acuerdo a las características del cliente, que demuestren un conocimiento detallado de su problemática y necesidades. Para proporcionar al cliente un valor agregado, respecto de soluciones y servicios.

Métricas de Desempeño:

Ventas por líneas de negocios (UF)

Cumplimiento con la cuota mensual, trimestral y anual.

Captar nuevos clientes (new to new)

Tours con clientes potenciales a las instalaciones de Iron Mountain.

Requerimientos:

Inglés avanzado o fluente

Experiencia previa en ventas consultivas
