Como Arquitecto de Soluciones, comprenderás el entorno de información física y digital del cliente e identificarás los desafíos proporcionando resolución de problemas en relación con los servicios de Iron Mountain.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Es responsable del alcance y el diseño de soluciones en toda la cartera digital de Iron Mountain.
Proporciona asistencia para la parte técnica de RFP y RFQ.
Proporciona recomendaciones de configuración de soluciones, diagramas arquitectónicos, creación de presupuestos/programas/contratos/SOW, modificaciones y asistencia.
Colaborará con el equipo de ventas de Iron Mountain cuando se identifique una oportunidad que requiera diseño de soluciones técnicas y experiencia en arquitectura para ayudar a una mayor cualificación, posicionamiento y avance del acuerdo. Este avance incluye la creación de relaciones, el establecimiento de expectativas, el posicionamiento de valor y el diseño de soluciones para resolver los retos técnicos y empresariales del cliente.
Conocimientos, Competencias y Calificaciones:
5+ años de experiencia como experto en pre-venta de soluciones digitales, experiencia en Cloud SaaS es muy preferible.
Antecedentes y experiencia demostrada en enfoques de soluciones consultivas, procesos de preventa y venta de soluciones centradas en la tecnología.
Experiencia en desarrollo de soluciones, fijación de precios y demostración de Demos.
Deseable si se tiene conocimiento de escaneado de documentos, OCR/ICR, ECM y plataformas CSP.
