Iron Mountain (IRM) está buscando un Inside Sales Professional para generar, contactar y/o hacer seguimiento a los leads generados y/o recibidos de acuerdo a los canales y el target establecido, con el objetivo de incrementar los ingresos de la compañía a través de la generación y cierre de nuevos negocios - de custodia, administración y almacenamiento de información.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Generar, contactar y/o atender nuevos leads u oportunidades de lista de prospección nuevos o de clientes de cartera asignada.

  • Contactar periódicamente a través de mail o teléfono los clientes de la cartera asignada y nuevas listas de prospección.

  • Llevar el control y hacer seguimiento de los leads recibidos y/o generados mediante la plataforma Salesforce.

  • Lograr la mayor cantidad de cierres de contratos posibles, no importando el tamaño de los mismos.

  • Agendar y coordinar visitas de prospectos y/o clientes a las instalaciones de la compañía

Requerimientos y Competencias:

  • Experiencia en ventas consultivas corporativas.

  • Conocimiento de adquisición de nuevos clientes y gestión estratégica de cuentas.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo de manera efectiva en todos los niveles internos de la compañía.

  • Habilidades de negociación e interpersonales.

  • Orientación al cliente.
