ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Training Specialist , you will be responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and facilitate the adoption of new capabilities and behaviors. This role requires a solid understanding of training and development principles, with the ability to effectively manage training activities and communicate clearly with stakeholders. You will work closely with HR and other key teams to ensure training aligns with system or process updates and helps employees adapt to new ways of working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Coordination : Organize and manage training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with trainers and participants.
Program Development : Assist in creating and delivering training programs and materials that align with HR change initiatives and organizational goals.
Stakeholder Communication : Provide clear information to employees and stakeholders regarding training schedules, content, and expectations.
Resource Management : Maintain and update training materials to ensure they are relevant and accessible for upcoming sessions.
Feedback Collection : Gather and analyze participant feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Administrative Tasks : Handle administrative tasks such as tracking attendance, managing training records, and reporting on training outcomes.
Collaboration : Partner with HR teams and other departments to ensure training programs support broader change management strategies.
Knowledge Application : Utilize general training and development knowledge to support training initiatives and respond to training-related inquiries.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Training Expertise : Strong understanding of training and development principles with experience in coordinating or supporting training programs.
Effective Communication : Ability to communicate straightforward information clearly with employees and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage training schedules, resources, and related tasks.
Adaptability : Ability to adapt and support training initiatives within changing organizational contexts and guidelines.
Preferred Experience : Experience in training or HR roles with knowledge of employee enablement strategies.
Technical Proficiency : Basic familiarity with training software or platforms for scheduling and managing activities.
