Global Operations drives innovation and increased focus on the customer through its continuous goal to deliver world-class services and solutions to our customers and business units, as well as new capabilities and efficiencies that fuel our commercial and growth investments. Global Operations is responsible for the operations of Global Records and Information Management, Global Real Estate, Global Safety, Risk & Security, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Global Imaging, and Global Business Services, and Global Operations Transformation.

An Organizational Development Specialist plays a critical role in improving the effectiveness of an organization, through effective resource management and the implementation of developmental initiatives. Success in this field requires excellent problem solving, creativity, communication, collaboration skills, and a genuine passion for helping employees feel valued and happy in the workplace.

This role's primary objective is to provide the resources/tools required for our Global Commercial Support Services team to produce exceptional outcomes through data analysis, development of training strategy, learning and development initiatives, and recognition programs.

Your role in our mission

Employee Engagement

  • Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of innovative employee engagement strategies to foster a vibrant, and motivating work environment for all employees.

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of employee engagement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPI’s), metrics, and feedback mechanisms to assess their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

  • Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, rotations, and Resignations) and sharing with the concerned department managers.

  • Performs periodic employees' satisfaction survey and performs analysis of the survey output.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve engagement strategies and initiatives.

Learning and Development

  • Develop and execute action plans, programs, and training materials to enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Facilitate targeted skills development, reskilling initiatives through training sessions.

  • Work with internal (Commercial Support Leaders) and external (Commercial teams) customers to identify future development needs and engage with them to create effective communication and training materials.

  • Responsible for employees onboarding & induction programs.

  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, creation of training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process to internal clients.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the market and industry.

Performance Management

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions to identify current and future state requirements.

  • Develops a performance management framework.

  • Create process flows and activity-based capabilities to outline proposed changes.

  • Measure the impact of change programs on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.

  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Communication

  • Develop effective corporate communication strategies to promote our team’s mission and goals.

  • Draft and distribute internal memos, newsletters, and other communication materials.

  • Experience in change management principles and practices to effectively manage resistance to change, gain buy-in from stakeholders and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

  • Facilitating change management efforts, including communications and training.

Valued Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, learning and development, business administration, or a related field.

  • Experience developing and facilitating learning, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.

  • Experience with strategy development, cultural transformation, project management, and change leadership. Candidates should demonstrate a good understanding of content management systems and have experience using them.

  • Ability to listen, seek out and consider information objectively, and respond to challenging situations with reason.

  • Superior skills in building relationships that result in collaborative partnerships and mutually beneficial results.

  • Analytical and able to read and consolidate information from a variety of sources, creating an understanding across different teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and deadlines to ensure multiple projects and objectives are achieved in a timely manner.

  • Outstanding written and editorial skills with exceptional attention to detail; excellent grammar, editing and proofing skills in English is a requirement. Proficiency in other languages is desirable as well.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, sales processes and best practices. Nice to have: LookerStudio and no-code app development(AppSheet).

  • Advanced experience with document formatting in various platforms, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and other applicable platforms.

  • Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Growth mindset, open to new ways of working and experience of bringing teams/groups together.
