We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technology Governance Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in driving compliance and ensuring the responsible use of technology across the organization. The analyst will oversee the Technology Review Process (TRP), Architecture Review Board (ARB), Software Lifecycle Management (SLM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM), working closely with technology owners, architects, and business sponsors. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable navigating complex governance frameworks to maintain alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Your role in our mission

  • Implement Governance Frameworks: Drive adoption and compliance of the TRP, ARB, SLM, APM, and associated risk assessments in alignment with IRM policies and standards.

  • Support IT Audits & Assessments: Collaborate with internal and external audit teams by providing documentation, insights, and evidence of technology governance practices.

  • Monitor and Track Compliance: Ensure ongoing adherence to governance procedures, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions as needed.

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate existing governance processes, identify inefficiencies or risks, and suggest optimization strategies.Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present governance reports and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and actionable format.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for technology owners and sponsors, facilitating TRP engagements and guiding internal teams on governance best practices.

Valued skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and governance frameworks such as ITIL.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and assess risk in technology processes.Strong Communication: Proven skills in writing documentation, delivering presentations, and engaging both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing compliance records and tracking procedural adherence.

  • Project Coordination: Experience managing tasks, timelines, and stakeholders across multiple governance initiatives.
