JOB SUMMARY
The Safety & Administration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all documentation and training is executed and maintained in line with both company and legal legislation. You will work across all pillars of the business completing administrative tasks associated with the Operations, Logistics and Project Management in the UK to create a standardized approach to H&S, record completion and client experience. Other responsibilities will include facilitating client and contractor visits to our locations, maintaining records and any other administrative tasks as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…
Greeting clients, contractors and directing 3rd party suppliers, carriers and shippers upon arrival to site.
Organization and prioritization of H&S documentation both internal and external.
Completing and coordinating incident reporting, communicating with key stakeholders through to resolution.
Maintain and coordinate transport compliance alongside the logistics team.
Arranging and maintaining training records for all work streams and ensuring compliance at all times.
General administrative tasks associated with the business.
Receive and deliver messages if required.
Procurement of supplies.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Organized and able to prioritize tasks in a time efficient manner.
Ability to work under pressure.
Previous exposure to H&S processes and procedures in line with legislation.
Proficient in various software packages including inventory management systems.
Art Logistics background (advantageous).
