Manager, Art Services
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Art Services Project Management team
Lead strategic and tactical project planning, including: development, evaluation, and coordination of Crozier’s service offerings
Embed a culture of care, attentiveness and focused client service within the team
Manage, train, coach and cultivate the Project Management team
Maintain and develop processes to ensure that project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
Meet company goals and objectives including financial performance
Actively participate as a member of the UK Leadership team
Lead weekly team meetings to provide messaging, coaching, training and motivation
Identify, analyse and monitor key performance indicators to determine improvement opportunities
Build and promote positive relationships with all internal and external clients
Team development through the Crozier Connects initiative, alignment with Company wide sustainability and DEI targets
Manage projects within the resources of Crozier Fine Arts as well as supplemental contracted vendors as needed in order to satisfy our clients
Ensure all RFQ / RFP deadlines have been reviewed, received and that the bid proposal is in line with our T&C
Liaise with teams to ensure drivers/art technicians have the required knowledge appropriate for each project to ensure clients receive a seamless high quality experience
Undertake advance planning for the deployment of resources
Contribute to the annual budget and multi year planning exercises
Outstanding knowledge of logistics, including packing, handling, storage, and transportation methods, materials, and equipment best practices
Demonstrated ability to plan and organise work schedules, prioritise and allocate resources to meet client needs and timelines in a dynamic environment
Thorough understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Client service skills; values clients and communicates with them in a professional manner
Performs effectively with a very high degree of autonomy and accountability, yet must be equally effective as a management team leader
Coaching and mentoring team members to obtain the best possible results including performance management and personal development planning
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, including the ability to interpret data
IT literate - good knowledge of Google workspace
Ability to use own initiative
People leader and effective management skills
Proven experience in setting strategy
Qualification in logistics supply chain or similar
