Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Digital Operations to lead and evolve our digital business across a critical U.S. region. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the business owner for digital operations in Dallas, TX—responsible for financial performance, operational delivery, employee experience, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic planning.

You will manage large-scale teams, and collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Product. Your focus will span from near-term KPI delivery to long-range planning and investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Provide strategic and tactical oversight for all Digital Operations within the assigned region.
Ensure operational excellence by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality, productivity, and turnaround times.
Implement standardized workflows, continuous improvement programs, and best practices across all sites.
Financial Management
Own and deliver P&L results, partnering with Finance to forecast, monitor, and achieve financial objectives.
Develop annual budgets and long-range plans aligned with business growth and operational needs.
Support deal structuring and pricing strategy to ensure long-term profitability and growth.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the primary operational liaison with Sales, IT, HR, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
Act as the operational escalation point for strategic customer engagements and enterprise opportunities.
Partner with implementation and solutioning teams to support new customer onboarding and expansion initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Transformation
Lead multi-year planning for operational capability, real estate utilization, and technology investments.
Identify opportunities for automation, consolidation, and innovation to improve service delivery and scalability.
Participate in national and regional transformation programs to drive continuous improvement and future readiness.
People Leadership & Culture
Lead a team of up to 12 direct reports across multiple sites; drive performance accountability, leadership development, and succession planning.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Digital Operations, BPO/BPM, or document management services
Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen; ability to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions
Experience managing large teams and facilities
Proven ability to influence and collaborate in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
Technical familiarity with platforms such as Kofax Capture/KTM and related digital workflow tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Must be a U.S. Person eligible for Public Trust Clearance
Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time
