Iron mountain is hiring Mortgage Solutions Specialist I who are passionate about meeting goals and individual metrics while processing financial documents in a fast pace environment. This role gives you an opportunity to help drive customer a customer obsessed culture while working with a collaborative team.
The Mortgage Solutions Specialist I should have a strong acumen in mortgage document familiarity with an emphasis on, reviewing, indexing and scanning mortgage documents. They embrace a collaborative team environment in a fast paced, customer obsessed culture that brings customer delight.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to manage a high volume workload and deliver on customer KPI’s and Goals. They enjoy working at a fast pace where they prep, review, index and scan mortgage documents. They have excellent PC and keyboarding skills and have a high level of attention to detail. They also enjoy repetitive work and sitting at a workstation 80% of the day.

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift positions
Schedule- Monday- Friday + Saturday or Sunday (depending on team assignment) Daily Overtime as need to meet workload demands
Hourly pay- $15.00
Quarterly Performance Bonuses

Mortgage Solutions Specialist I Responsibilities:
Accurately reviewing, indexing and scanning mortgage documents
Consistently meet/exceed customer service level standards and metrics
Effective communication with peers and leaders
Basic verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and time management
Critical thinking and problem solving
Attention to Detail
Excellent PC and keyboarding
Ability to move quickly/accurately with hands while multi-tasking
Minimum education- HS Diploma/GED
Preferred education- 2YR degree
Minimum experience 3-6 months
