In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in reviewing, indexing, and scanning mortgage documents while collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities:
Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation
Scan hard copy files to electronic images. Ensuring a quality image.
Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking
Effectively communicate with peers and management. Research and resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
Proficiency in reading, writing & communicating in English.
Have proven basic computer knowledge.
Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
Must be able to maintain record order and sequence.
Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
Physical Requirements (lifting/standing/sitting):
Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required.
Walking 80% for outbound.
Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of:
10-29 lbs. Frequently
30-40 lbs. Occasionally
40 lbs+ Rarely
