Pay Rate: $14/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Mortgage Solutions Specialists adhere to all department and compliance standards. Perform to metrics and service levels throughout the day. Knowledge of the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae Guides, as well as other industry regulations are a plus. Mortgage document and process familiarity. Tasks performed may include document preparation, scanning, indexing, quality control, content review and certification responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Some PHYSICAL WORK will be required: Such as lifting boxes up to 30 lbs, and utilizing a ladder to pull files.
Operational Tasks - Accurately processing financial documents according to the specifications. Meet processing goals and individual metrics. Effectively communicate with peers and management.
Excellent PC and keyboarding skills used throughout the day with high attention to detail to match names, numbers, and other data to documents.
Teaming/TCS – Consistently meet/exceed customer service level standards and metrics.
Human Resources/Workforce Leadership – Be familiar policies for timecards, vacation and team meetings. Be a positive force in the operation.
Safety & Security - Ensure compliance with Federal, State/Provincial and local laws, as well as, Iron Mountain policies and procedures.
Experience Required:
3-6 Mos of experience in a in the mortgage service or document custody industry in a multi-business and multi-site operation.
Experience in a goal oriented fast paced production based environment.
Most possess or have experience in performing repetitive work task(s)

Basic Verbal and Written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent PC and Keyboarding skills used throughout the day with high attention to detail to match names, numbers, and other data to documents
Most demonstrate and maintain excellent attendance
Ability to move quickly/accurately with hands while multitasking
Ability to work Overtime and Saturdays with short notice
Must be Detailed-oriented
Education Required:
Minimum Education: HS Diploma/GED Minimum Experience: 3-6 mos
Preferred Education: HS Diploma/GED Preferred Experience: 1+ years
Physical Requirements (lifting/standing/sitting):
Able to reach above head, lift and move files as required.
Sitting required for 80% of the day.
Lifting, moving, pushing and pulling equipment, cases, metal containers, or boxes in excess of:
10-20 lbs. Occasionally
30-40 lbs. Occasionally
