Provide administrative support to the bustling operation.
Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR for all onboarding documentation for frontline new hires.
Ensure Timely completion and compliance of all onboarding requirements
Assist candidates the onboarding process; assist with required documentation, offer letter acceptance, pre-employment testing and required background information
Drive candidate engagement through email, SMS and outbound calling to move candidates expeditiously through the final steps in the recruitment process while providing a best-in-class candidate experience
Work with recruiting team and hiring managers to coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations and interactions.
Work with Beeline to coordinate onboarding of new contingency workers.
Create training templates for onboarding, schedule access fingerprinting, tours and any new employee activity.
Act as a subject matter expert in operational processes and TA systems (WorkDay, iCims, etc.)
Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert when necessary.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment while providing exceptional service to candidates and employees and prioritize competing demands
Strong problem solving, project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships with all levels of employees and candidates.
Task oriented with experience following a structured process
Proven experience working in a high-volume performance-driven environment
Proficiency using Google Product suites
1-3 Years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience preferred
Ability to work in a Team environment and drive cooperation with others
Strong listening and communication skills
