Iron Mountain Warehouse / Record Center Associate in Dallas, Texas

Warehouse / Record Center Associate (No Benefits Provided)

Location: 4117 Pinnacle Point Dr. Dallas TX 75211

Duration: Full-time/Part-time

PAY: 17.60 - 18.00 per hour (no benefits provided) - Based on experience

At Iron Mountain, you’ll be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring for the benefit of our customers and each other. The temporary Warehouse Associate position is an important contributor in supporting the needs of our clients. This is an intensely physical job, so if you have experience and comfort doing physical work, we will train you!

These are the duties for the duration of a shift:

  • Move boxes weighing between 25-50 pounds from shelving to cart/pallet jack or from cart/pallet jack to shelving

  • Use of a ladder will be required for higher shelves

  • Move groups of boxes weighing several hundred pounds with wheeled carts and pallet jacks

  • Wrap pallets with shrink wrap/reusable pallet wraps while often paired with other team members

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Ensure security of customer information and follow physical security guidelines

  • Use required personal protective equipment (cut-resistant gloves, hi-vis vest and safety shoes/overtoe protectors provided)

Work environment:

Warehouse is not climate controlled (heat and air conditioning provided in break rooms but not in the warehouse)

Boxes can be dusty

You could be working 4 levels (floors) above the ground floor

Requirements:

  • Must have a High School Diploma

  • Experience and comfort doing a physical job

  • Ability to lift to up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Ability to remain stationary and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

  • Ability to climb, stoop, crouch, kneel, push, reach, and pull regularly

  • Strong attention to detail

  • English reading, writing, and communication skills
