PAY: $60,000 - 62000K a year plus full benefits

SCHEDULE :

1st Shift 6:00 to 2:30 Monday - Friday

LOCATION: 3140 Rider Trail South Earth City MO 63045

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Management: Oversee a team of 20 - 50 FTEs with 4-5 Team Leaders reporting directly to you. Conduct weekly reviews with Team Leaders and monitor process-level performances daily.

  • Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and continuously review operational policies and procedures to ensure seamless business delivery. Manage workforce planning, scheduling, attrition, and absence management.

  • Staff Development: Ensure continuous staff training, including cross-training and process upgrades. Maintain high motivation levels across the team.

  • Client & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Handle client and vendor billing, along with other financial tasks as per defined processes.

  • Process Improvement: Create SOPs and process maps, identify improvement opportunities, and manage center performance through monitoring, problem resolution, and quality assurance measures.

  • Technical Acumen: Utilize strong technical knowledge of systems and software to identify problems and collaborate with IT for solutions.

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Conduct associate-level interviews to ensure staffing aligns with business needs.

  • Leadership & Culture: Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Ensure high standards of productivity, quality, and customer service.

  • Professional Development: Participate in workshops, training sessions, and team projects to maintain consistent professional growth.

  • Provide daily direction to employees in order to accomplish projects. Manage project timelines, quality and outcome of Customers orders.

  • Lead, mentor, cross train and provide accountable standards and measures to the department employees.

  • Research and resolve customer issues, modify work procedures as needed to meet customer demand.

  • Ability to assist in the invoicing process.

REQUIREMENTS:

Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Understanding of the imaging processes, demonstrated leadership skills with strong technical background and organizational skills. Demonstrated basic billing knowledge.

Business Expertise:

Basic understanding of project lifecycles.

Leadership:

Instrumental in driving production through the Imaging Center personnel by leading and mentoring the imaging personnel.

Interpersonal Skills:

This position requires good communication skills to communicate effectively internally and externally. There will be interaction with multiple areas of Iron Mountain with greater focus on local market communication. External communication may consist of infrequent Customer visits, written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate effectively current imaging processes.

Travel Requirements:

  • Total travel: 1%

  • Local travel (Depending on District): 1%

Education:

Preferred Education/Preferred Experience:

2 years college/2 – 4 Years
