Iron Mountain are hiring a resident Data Specialist to join us providing continuous support to the customers at the Airbus site on various projects and to deliver digital documents to the customer within 24h if requested IOD MOD 24 SLA

Note – This role requires compliance with USGR and ITAR procedures and as such the successful candidate must pass appropriate security clearance checks and STA level 3 accreditation for compliance with export administration regulations

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Currently responsible for customer Airbus Widebody project which involving archiving activities such us: retrievals, preparation and validation Widebody documents into Iron Mountain KOFAX system then IM Team uploading into Airbus Airina system.

  • Maintaining records and providing necessary information and reports for the customer.

  • Participation in meetings Airbus/Iron Mountain and clients meeting where necessary to discuss ongoing and future projects.

  • Updating statistics, reports and pre-cat hours spreadsheet (important information for billing purposes) using Microsoft Excel, Word.

  • Answering and resolving customer enquiries.

  • Using IM Connect to order electronic documents and boxes for the clients.

  • Updating information on Airbus I-share site and sending pre-cat data regularly to IM team.

Supporting and covering other IM outworker member with the following activities during absence or when projects volume increase :

  • Responsible for IOD requests, daily communication with Airbus Engineers, every request is crucial to the business, delivering IODS/MODS within agreed timescale accordingly to business 24 hours SLAS

  • Regularly searching for documents using multiple archive tools, in the case of AOG this is 2 hours SLA

  • Acting as the liaison between Airbus internal and external customers (France, Germany, Spain, USA)

  • Providing archive guidelines to the customers of how to use Airbus databases including Zamiz system. Providing help and support to the customers and provide advice what type of documents can be archived in our database.

  • Control of stock of boxes and cabinets contents

  • Pre-cataloguing Airbus documentation into files and boxes

  • Security Control ( I have a required access and knowledge of the Airbus archive databases Zamiz, ECM, SIR, DMS, EDS, ADS)
