Responsibilities
Monitor ticketing systems and fulfill customer requests related to on/offboarding, usage, and standards in a production environment.
Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
Manage and maintain virtual and physical IT inventory, including servers, network infrastructure, and other systems components.
Monitor system health and react proactively to avoid or minimize operational disruption.
Acquire, maintain, and document knowledge of new and existing systems to ensure accurate technical assistance and stay current with industry trends.}
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong and fluent English level
A bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field is preferred, along with 2-5 years of experience in technical operations.
Proficiency with systems engineering functions, including development, implementation, and deployment.
A strong working knowledge of local area networks, server installations, and WAN concepts is essential.
Experience with a variety of computing platforms, including VMware, Nutanix, Cisco UCS Servers, and Azure, is highly valued.
Clear understanding of virtualization technology, database methodology, and experience with operating systems such as Linux and Microsoft Server.
