We are seeking an experienced Inventory Data Analyst – Art Collections to take the lead in optimizing inventory processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless collection management for top-tier clients. Your role in our mission

  • Lead inventory accuracy initiatives through system controls, frequent cycle counts, and weekly reconciliations, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

  • Manage and maintain the Moveware database, ensuring flawless inventory tracking, collection support, and top-tier data accuracy.

  • Enhance visibility of inventory operations through detailed reporting, reconciliation audits, and strategic insights for both internal teams and high-profile clients.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Project Management teams, crafting solutions that balance client satisfaction with business profitability.

  • Set and refine industry-leading inventory management standards to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.

  • Oversee and execute complex collection management projects, from detailed inventory reporting to managing large-scale, international art logistics.

Valued skills and experience

  • Several years in inventory or collection management, preferably within the fine art industry.

  • Strong background in project management and/or database administration.

  • Knowledge of preventative conservation and best practices in art handling is a plus.

  • Exceptional client-focused mindset, with a track record of delivering premium solutions.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration.

  • Expertise in handling and analyzing large datasets, including database uploads/downloads and quality control (.xls, .csv, SQL, Google Sheets, etc.).

  • Impeccable attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, big-picture approach.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, reporting to a Crozier facility daily.

  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong logistical and problem-solving skills.
