We're looking for Class B Commercial truck drivers or NON CDL to help move Iron Mountain into the future and become our next generation of managers and leaders. PAY: Pay between $20.00- $22.00 per hour DOE (Paid biweekly)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday ( Occasional weekends)

HOURS: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Includes OT hours)

LOCATION: 11701 Missouri Bottom Rd, Hazelwood, MO 63042

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicates in a friendly professional manner with clients and co-workers

  • Operates and maintains Mobile Shred Vehicle safely and efficiently (both manual or standard transmission)

  • Handles all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance (details below)

  • Executes accurate and timely handling of client delivery and shredding requests

  • Prepares accurate paperwork and records

  • Climb/step-up into a truck cab

  • Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, varying walking surfaces and elevation

  • Lift at least 70 pounds

  • Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • Current experience in customer service or a service industry

  • Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled, plastic bins over, up and down inclines, stairs, varying walking surfaces and elevation

  • Lift at least 70 pounds

  • Walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time

  • Two or more years’ route transportation experience preferred

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CLASS B CDL or Class E driver’s license and a good driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, a background check and a DOT physical

  • Demonstrate safe/efficient driving skills

  • Computer proficiency

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork

  • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills

  • Can adhere to and enforce all security procedures
