Job Summary:
The Media Archive Project Specialist supports execution for customer projects in Hollywood, CA; Boyers, PA; and Moonochie, NJ. This role is ideal for someone interested in archival services and/or cataloging/metadata and project management. We’re seeking someone who is comfortable communicating often and effectively and has the ability to maintain a positive culture in the work environment. This is an exciting and unique role that supports emerging business areas and new forms of project revenue for Iron Mountain.
Duties :● Working with the customer’s archival object collection● Delicate handling and cleaning of such archival objects. Training will be provided● Catalog and/or create metadata at the item level for objects per customer’s specifications into a database
Will also receive some experience in our digital studios assisting with projects
Requirements: ● A performance mindset in order to achieve daily production goals● Attention to detail● Ability to work independently and in team environment
Education Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2025- July 2026
Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship
Pursuing a degree in Library Sciences, Art History, Entertainment or related field of study
Requirements:
This role is in person in one of 3 locations: Hollywood, CA; Nashville,TN ; or Moonachie, NJ
Must be authorized to work in the US without restriction (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future)
This is a 40 hour per week assignment, lasting 12 weeks with the expected start date being May 21, 2025 and ending on August 13th, 2025
Technical & Professional Skills Preferred:
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with team, and leadership
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and deliver high quality output in a timely and consistent manner coupled with the ability to self-direct
Reasonably expected salary range: $53,000.00 - $66,300.00
