We're looking for anImaging Operations Coordinatorto oversee the day-to-day projects within the imaging operation. They resolve issues, adhere to the imaging standards, and monitor timelines and results
WHAT WE OFFER:
2nd Shift:2:30pm - 11pm, Monday through Friday
Rate of Pay:$20hr

Responsibilities:
Perform inbounding and pre prep functions.
Scheduling and job setup with staging.
Preparing Job Specifications.
Perform Sort, Prep, Scan, QC, Indexing, Packaging and Release functions.
Final quality check on and corrections post production.
Training.
Troubleshoot scanner or batch class issues and correct with assistance of IT when necessary.
Adhere and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms.
Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
Familiarity with imaging and other related technology.
Ability and experience to perform all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes.
Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.
Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLA’s.
Minimum business expertise required.
This role is responsible specifically for their job assignments and the success of those assignments.
This role requires internal and external contact. This communication may consist of verbal communication or written personnel via email.
