Iron Mountain Project Manager in Inglewood, California
Based in New York, Crozier Fine Arts is an industry-leader in art storage and logistics and an advocate for worldwide commercial standards. A component of the Adjacent Businesses segment within Iron Mountain, Crozier provides services that support the art management lifecycle, from initial purchase to final sale; including secure storage, climate-controlled vaults, viewing areas, consultation, installation and project management services, and international shipping capabilities for art industry professionals and collectors all over the world.
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the execution of services and projects for Crozier’s clients. This role will coordinate internal and external resources across teams, from project planning through execution, to ensure successful delivery of services.
Manage projects (from planning through execution) to ensure successful delivery in terms of scope, deliverables, and client satisfaction
Utilize a consultative approach to develop an estimate addressing client’s business needs
Liaise and collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Managers, Account Managers, Administrators, Operations and other key personnel
Perform site visits, if necessary, to assess and evaluate the project in regards to scope, risk and timeline
Create overall project documentation and work with internal departments and external vendors to execute, while ensuring timely and successful completion of projects
Monitor services scheduled project timeline and update Account Manager regarding any changes in scope, particularly as they deviate from original estimate
Utilize problem-solving abilities if changes to the project occur – work through issue resolution to completion, delegating or escalating when necessary
Communicate project completion to the Account Manager in a timely manner
Work with Administrators to ensure estimates and work orders are accurate
Review invoices for accuracy as needed, and ensure invoices are approved in a timely manner
Experience, Skills and Attributes:
2-4 years’ experience in an project coordinator/manager role
Knowledge and passion for all things art related, including the latest industry advancements
Proven team player with a track record of strong project coordination/management
In-depth knowledge of Crozier’s full suite of services
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams/departments
Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
