Summary:

The Project Specialist is responsible for coordinating the execution of services and projects for Crozier’s clients, working alongside our Account Managers and Managers Coordinators. This role will coordinate internal and external resources across teams and within our Customer Relationship Management [CRM] system. Coordinating projects from; planning and pricing through execution, to ensure successful delivery of services, and keeping an updated feed of data in our CRM to support our Pipeline.

Client Services:

  • Communication with existing clients regarding on-going matters

  • Organise local deliveries and follow up with clients on sending documents

  • Follow-up on the shipments, storage, installation with clients and respond to customer inquiries

  • Assistance during deliveries and installations in Hong Kong

  • Passing of information on operational matters to the clients

  • Monitoring and issuing of estimates and invoices send to clients

  • Preparation of OP Files, writing of invoices, creation of OP Files

  • Preparation and dispatching of information sheets to the clients

  • Filing

  • Handling and following up on the operations, monitoring of shipments and guaranteeing a 100% success rate

Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • 2+ years experience in a project coordination

  • Knowledge and passion for all things art related, including the latest industry advancements

  • Proven team player with a track record of strong project coordination/management

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams/departments

  • Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Preferably with Salesforce CRM and International Shipping experience recommended
