Iron Mountain Desk Side Support Technician I, Crozier in Landover, Maryland


Based in New York, Crozier Fine Arts is an industry-leader in art storage and logistics and an advocate for worldwide commercial standards. A component of the Adjacent Businesses segment within Iron Mountain, Crozier provides services that support the art management lifecycle, from initial purchase to final sale; including secure storage, climate-controlled vaults, viewing areas, consultation, installation and project management services, and international shipping capabilities for art industry professionals and collectors all over the world.


Helps deliver Crozier’s technology needs by providing a responsive, customer-service oriented level of support. Working from our Landover, MD location you will provide help desk response for requests covering application, network and workstation concerns. A strong candidate will show a willingness to learn new tools on the job, be able to address inquiries across our technology environment and strive to provide friendly and proactive support to our growing team.


  • Must have 1 year of industry experience in technical support.

  • Must have working knowledge of Office 365 suite

  • Must have working knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills

  • A+ certification is highly preferred.

  • Network + certification is highly preferred.


  • Monitors and assigns incoming tickets based on the type of inquiry and severity.

  • Uses available support tools to assist customers and root causes to key issues.

  • Provides software installation, technical troubleshooting & information gathering.

  • Provides remote support for satellite offices over the phone and via remote access software.

  • Researches issues to provide the highest level of support and escalates to senior team members when appropriate.

  • Assists with the networking and cabling of new workspaces and offices
