Brindar soporte permanente al Gestor de Contratos y cliente interno en general, encargándose del proceso completo de la gestión de administración de contratos dentro de los SLA’s establecidos, asegurando la mejor experiencia del cliente interno con el servicio. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Cumplimiento de políticas de los contratos.

  • Activar/desactivar cuentas (Distintos sistemas de gestión de la compañía).

  • Registrar/ modificar tarifas en calipso.

  • Llevar el control de cuentas nuevas/suspendidas/de baja.

  • Garantizar que los empleados comprendan y cumplan los contratos de la compañía.

  • Asegurarse de que todos los plazos y condiciones descritos en los contratos queden registrados.

  • Mantener el orden de los contratos en físico /digital, carpetas actualizadas y en correcto estado.

  • Mantenerse actualizado en el uso de los módulos para registro de clientes.

  • Reportería de contratos/adendas para cliente interno.

  • Mantener SLA para revisar documentos legales y enviar observaciones (48 horas).

  • Asistencia a sede Callao/ Lurin para organizar documentos en física, reuniones, capacitaciones.

  • Realizar seguimiento completo para la firma de documentos (Representante legal- Courier - Clientes).

  • Elaborar check lists y cumplir con el SLA´s de los requerimientos y/o modificaciones que solicite el cliente: Cambio de razón social, dirección fiscal, ruc, etc.

  • Elaborar y mantener actualizada la BD de contratos, adendas.


  • Egresado/a universitario/a de las carreras de Administración, Comunicaciones, Marketing o afines.


  • 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares, ventas o gestión de cuentas.


  • MS Office – nivel intermedio

  • Inglés – básico, nivel intermedio

  • Salesforce (deseable)

  • Google Workspace (deseable)

  • Calipso (deseable)


  • Especial atención al detalle, con habilidad para detectar errores.

  • Grandes capacidades analíticas y organizativas.

  • Habilidad para trabajar con varios niveles jerárquicos.

  • Excelentes capacidades de redacción.
